Branded chairs, chosen by type
A custom chair is a promotional product that gets used every weekend. It goes to the campsite, the beach, the kids' game and the tailgate, and your logo sits on the backrest every time someone sits down, season after season.
The type of chair decides who it is for. Folding bag chairs and stadium seats suit big giveaways and team programs, cooler and backpack chairs suit tailgates and festivals, and rockers, recliners, director's chairs and Adirondack chairs become gifts for employees and clients. Which chair fits your program
For large giveaways, folding bag chairs and stadium seats keep the cost per piece low. For tailgates, festivals and beach days, cooler and backpack chairs do two jobs at once. Camping chairs and beach chairs are the everyday choice for company picnics and summer programs. For gifts that people remember, look at rocking camp chairs, recliners, director's chairs and Adirondack chairs, and for schools, classroom chair pockets.
Where the logo goes
On most chairs the logo is printed across the upper backrest, in an area that is wide and short, often about 8 to 12 inches wide and 2 to 4 inches tall. A horizontal logo reads well there; a square or stacked logo ends up small. On many cooler chairs the imprint is on the cooler pocket instead, and many chairs can also print the carrying bag. Each product page lists the imprint area and location.
Printing or embroidery
Screen print is the usual method for one- and two-color logos on chair fabric. Full-color transfers reproduce gradients and photos. Embroidery is offered on some chairs and gives a premium look, and a few premium chairs can be sublimated edge to edge in your own design. We confirm the method on the free proof.
Minimums, setup and timing
Most chairs start at 6 to 24 pieces, several name-brand chairs start at one to four, and classroom chair pockets start at 50 or more. A one-time setup charge applies per design, and a reorder with the same artwork is not charged setup again. Many stock chairs ship in a few working days to about two weeks after proof approval. Fully custom chairs and factory-direct programs take several months, so plan those early.

What is the minimum order for custom chairs?
Most chairs start at 6 to 24 pieces, and each product page lists its own minimum. New clients have a $1,000 minimum order; corporate account clients order any quantity.
How long does it take to get custom chairs?
Many stock chairs ship in a few working days to about two weeks after proof approval, and several have a rush option. Premium branded chairs can take six to nine weeks, and fully custom chairs several months. Tell us your in-hands date with the quote request.
Can you embroider a logo on a chair?
On some chairs, yes. Most chairs are screen printed or printed in full color. Each product page lists the decoration methods for that model.
Can each chair have a different name?
Some chairs, including Koozie and GCI Outdoor models, offer name personalization in addition to the logo. Ask for it with your quote.
Can I buy just one chair?
We sell to businesses and organizations, so most chairs have a minimum of several pieces. A few name-brand chairs can be made in very small quantities; see the minimum on each product page.
Can you put a logo on a YETI chair?
Not on this site: the YETI Trailhead camp chair is supplied blank, without decoration. For a premium chair with your logo, look at the PARKIT Eclipse recliner, the GCI Outdoor rockers or the iCOOL Twin Peaks chairs.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest result. Send what you have; our design team prepares it and sends a free digital proof before production.
