Budget, standard or premium
The lightest bag chairs, often made from recycled RPET fabric, are the most economical option for orders in the hundreds. Standard event chairs add armrests, mesh cup holders and a 300 lb frame. Padded, striped and reclining chairs cost more per piece and work better as gifts, and the double chair for two always gets attention at a booth.
Plan the logo for a wide, short area
On most folding chairs the logo is printed across the upper backrest, in an area that is roughly 8 to 12 inches wide and 2 to 4 inches tall. A horizontal logo reads well there; a square or stacked logo ends up small. Many chairs can also be printed on the carrying bag. Screen print is the usual method for one or two colors, and a full-color transfer handles photos and gradients.
Factory-direct folding chairs
For very large programs, factory-direct folding chairs cost less per piece but start at 2,500 pieces and take about three to four months, so they suit planned campaigns rather than next month's event. For anything sooner, the stock chairs here ship in about one to two weeks after proof approval, and many in a few days.
